NET 5.0/Stardew 1.5.5/GMCM 1.8 #49

Hi! I really appreciate this mod, and I love looking back on the progress on my farm.

This pull request does three things:

  1. Add the Ginger Island farm (IslandWest) and Ginger Island Farmhouse (IslandFarmhouse) as screenshot locations.
  2. For the GMCM integration: editing the reset button so it only resets the options in the GMCM (instead of deleting the whole config file), and using the newer GMCM API, which supports translations.
  3. Moves to NET 5.0.

Hi, I know this is incredibly late getting back to you, but thank you for adding these improvements in this PR! Apologies, I've been away for quite some time unfortunately. Anyway, I've taken a look and tested it out, everything seems to be working and looks good. Going to merge and will work on getting a new release out soon that includes these changes. Thanks for your efforts!
