Epic #25

Add a role table in the databases linked to the user (user can only have 1 role)
/manage_role <add/show/list/update>
when you add a role you should check if any of the user need to update the role
User can't have no role
If role do not exist you need to remove it in db or ignore it and admin be able to change it
