As users when i pass a level i wanna have a role if there is a role at this level

• When you pass a level you check the db if at the new level there is a role you check if the role still exist on discord if not do nothing if it exist change the role of the user
• override like if you where "nouvelle recrue" you will not be after but you will be the new role
