Run map generator

PLEASE search for previous similar feature requests before filing one.

Please describe what your requested feature would do, how it would work,
etc:
I travel for work and sometimes I want to go for a run but have no idea where 
to go from my existing location. I would like a feature that enables me to use 
my starting gps location to generate a map based on the distance I choose. 
Additional handy features would be to specify minimise rosad crossings or 
stopping for traffic  light crossings lights. I would also like it to have a 
re-generate ability if the proposed route doesnt look suitable so that a new 
route is proposed. The ability to save this route would also be great. 

If you're a developer, are you willing to implement this yourself? (you
probably still want to let us know so we can discuss how it'll work and
whether we believe it's a good feature to be merged into the main mytracks
distribution)

I'm inclined to reject this request as outside the scope of my tracks. Probably 
the best we could do is show runs from other users that are near by.
