Preventing the phone from sleeping

I think it would be a useful feature to add the feature for My Tracks to 
prevent the phone from turning off its display. I know there are separate apps 
that do this, but it would be nice for My Tracks to be able to do it 
automatically.

My first thoughts about the options are:

* When My Tracks is recording.
* When My Tracks is recording and the phone is charging.
* When My Tracks is displayed.
* When My Tracks is displayed and the phone is charging.
* Don't prevent phone from sleeping.

I think there was talk of linking My Tracks with Locale. I haven't got around 
to using Locale yet, but would linking My Tracks with Locale or Tasker allow 
users to implement this feature?

Obviously, I'd prefer this feature to be added to My Tracks, because it would 
save me having to buy Locale or Tasker.

It can be done with Tasker, but yes, it's about $5.  

Create New Profile ("Keep Screen On")
First Context: Application
Select all your map apps
New Task (anonymous)
Add action
Display → Display Timeout
Set to something large
Done
Done
Apply

Maybe it's time to spend some money. I'm sorry for creating a duplicate 
suggestion. I obviously used the wrong words to search for before posting.
