Failure to upload to Google Docs

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Record any length track
2. Try uploading to Google Docs. 
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Success / Fails to upload to Google Docs.
Maps and Fusion work.

What version of MyTracks are you using? On what version of Android? On what
phone?

After writing a track to SD/GPX and deleting a couple tracks uploading to 
Google Docs works again (after a month+ of not working for daily tracks).  Both 
could be unrelated to the change in the behavior of Google Docs, but 
interesting.
