When starting gps, inform when first gps fix is available #452

In options add GPS signal details in order to know the GPS status details 
(Useful when you are waiting to get a GPS fix before starting to record a track 
or when it loses the fix and you wait to recover it)

I used the option of GPS Status and switching between apps is always worse than 
having it inside the app :S (And in some average or low performance mobiles, 
switching back and forth isnt very pleasant...force closes, lag, low memory, 
etc)
