save/edit detail screen layout improvement #477

to save some keystrokes and make things more obvious, it would be nice to have 
the save button moved to the top of the 'save track' screen (which appears to 
be the same as the 'edit track details' screen).  currently, this button (and 
also the cancel button) can be obscured by the onscreen keyboard, requiring a 
press of the back button or a scroll to the bottom.  if a new (or tired) user 
wasnt paying enough attention, they might not even know that these buttons are 
available.

Fixed the layout so that the buttons have fixed height while the edit fields 
would shrink if not enough space.
