Tracks - Delete Button stops GUI Thread #493

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have a lot of GPX tracks stored.  Each few 100kB.
2. Click Tracks - "Delete all"
3. Wait. After a few minutes you get an exception. The GUI Thread was most 
likely busy doing the delete..

Expected: The Gui still responds ;-)

Android 2.3.3 (Oxygen Stock Androuid) on HTC Desire. V.1.1.6

PS: Another minor issue. After a "export all" - "import all" the order of the 
tracks is not as expected. New tracks get out of order... 

Still: A great software, that i use almost daily :-))  THX!
