Waypoints inserted before first fix are bogus #503

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start recording with poor or no gps fix
2. Open markers screen
3. Insert waypoint

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: it'd either wait for a fix to insert it or deny the insertion due to 
not having a fix
Actual: it inserts a waypoint with bogus position and timestamp
