Old uploads don't display charts anymore #517

Should see graphs embedded in the endpoint description. Instead there is a 
broken image. Checking the URL, it looks like for some reason it's missing 
ampersands (&) between the arguments. Adding them in makes the charts display:

What version of MyTracks are you using? On what version of Android? On what 
phone?
It was an old version on an N1

Funny thing is, not too long after I commented on the duplicate ticket, all my 
charts started working.  But they're all broken again today.

This looks like a bug with the encoding of HTML descriptions that we fixed a 
couple of weeks ago, but the fix did not get released until Wednesday.  
Unfortunately due to an unrelated problem the new version was then rolled back, 
so the bug is live again until the next release.  For details see

Looked at this just now and the charts on the endpoints are displaying 
correctly.  Looks like a new MFE is pushed (361c) so this would have kpy's fix. 
 Sounds like that was it.
