Occasionally, there are transcripts that make it all the way through the filtering transMap stage, but don't make it into the final consensus set. There are no overlapping alignments, and if there is a source gene assigned, they are the only isoforms of the gene.

The above example does not have great transMap metrics (coverage, identity) but it should not be filtered out at this stage.
