Hi,

In your paper, it mentions that you use evolverSimControl to simulate Twenty primate genomes, then generate a cactus alignment, and use mafComparator to compare with Evolver MAF. You provide the input files of cactus, but I cannot find the true Evolver MAF, would you please provide it, or provide where to find it? Thanks a lot!

I see what you mean. The paper is pointing to data here

http://courtyard.gi.ucsc.edu/%7ejcarmstr/datastore/

But it only seems to contain various input sequences and evolver parameters, not the actual true MAF.

Hopefully @joelarmstrong or @diekhans can comment -- as I personally don't know where it is.

Thanks, that's helpful!
