This is in response to #1322. If you follow the current guide and clone master onto your head node, it won't necessarily work. This is because you'll be running python from the master branch with binaries from the docker image for the latest release, and there can be conflicts between the versions. Even if it does work, Cactus will have been run with a chimera of versions that make debugging and reproducing more complicated.
This PR changes the document to suggest installing the latest release.
