For the naming, it'll now support a suffix like _sub_5_5000000_sub_10_4000000_sub_500_596850 and resolve it to [515-596865] -- which will allow cactus to reclip stuff (sadly necessary in some cases)
For clip-vg, this undoes the changes in the last 2 releass. Though fine (I think), they never actually got used and in practice I'd shifted cactus back to 1.0.11.
