Steps:

[x] Testing Run all tests defined in the test folder.
[x] Linting Lint the source code for any issues with ESlint.
[x] Building Build the extension for Firefox and Chrome and create an archive for both of them. ~~- [ ] Publishing Publish the extension archives to AMO and Chrome web store respectively.~~

Publishing will be addressed in #7

Publishing should be converted to a separate issue, as this requires your input @Compile-Time . e.g. creation of API keys
