Add procedural pixelated water #105

Hi! Would to contribute to your cool shader by adding this new option for water. The aim of this commit to fix tiling on water, and slightly improve overall artistic view on water in minecraft.

Here are some performance markers that I got on my machine:

MC 1.12.2: 0.92ms -> 1.47ms

MC 1.20.1: 1.18ms -> 1.68ms

Machine specs: CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10700K CPU @ 3.80GHz (16 CPUs), ~3.8GHz GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 RAM: 32768MB Resolution: 1920x1080

This is really cool in terms of what you did, but sorry I don't think it fits Complementary for several reasons. Maybe redirect this request to Euphoria Patches which is an add-on for Complementary that adds more options
