OCPBUGS-32216: Stop deleting the kubeletconfiglink #503

Let's stop removing the symlink when launching Node scans. This allows multiple node scans to be launched without disrupting access to the kubelet config.

Pre-merge verification pass. Details seen from the bug OCPBUGS-32216. Before this PR, the bug always reproduced; after applied the PR, the issue not reproduced.
