Find rule products with prodtype in rule.yml #22

Do not get rule's product with profile where it is used, but find product in rule.yml's prodtype. If no prodtype is use in rule.yml, default value rhel8 is used. In other cases, products are sorted prioritizing rhel8 and rhel7 products.
