Packages missing during RHEL8 OSPP install #3605

Hi, we are aware of this issue, the reason is that screen isn't shipped in RHEL8 at all. We will replace it by tmux in RHEL8 content.

Great! There's no mention of this being a known issue in the content releases (downstream in RHEL, or upstream here).
