Request to add Pablo pools on Yieldbay

I'm creating this issue to propose the inclusion of Pablo, our cross-ecosystem DEX, within the tracking capabilities of Yieldbay. Pablo boasts a collection of top-tier pools, including assets from both Cosmos and Polkadot, as well as KSM/DOT pool. This integration would greatly enhance the visibility of Pablo pools and contribute to the overall accessibility and growth of the the Composable ecosystem.
