From the FB Group: "The Start to End Date period determines the rental rate and there is a major flaw in this, because -as per now- one can not set Scheduling dates before or after these dates, but tasks like Prep, Load, Unload, De-Prep will almost always be outside the period you want to charge! Current RMS offers you Chargeable Days as a solution for this problem, BUT you have to figure out the number of days yourself, e.g. for the In Use period, and enter them manually."
So ideally looking for some kind of days calculator where you can select or deselect parts of the extended schedule (like Prep) and then the correct number of chargeable days is calculated for you.
