Feature Request: Hide Sales Items #44

Would be great to hide sales items for checking in, as we don't check them back in as it would make a quarantine

I think they get "checked in" one way or another once the opportunity is complete, and only go to quarantine if they are marked as "returned"? So the disadvantage of ignoring them is your stock levels will go down, even if you've returned whatever it is. I've always found this a bit confusing, but I think the ideal would be a prompt at the point of "Finalise Check-in" that offers "Return unsold items to stock?", where any returned sales items sent quarantine get automatically booked back out. That way you get the stock tracking, without the often needless quarantine bit.

We got fed up of the quarantines and just set the stock method to none to solve the issue and just make sure the shelf is well stocked
