Bug: Yellow filter buttons cover the green 'vanilla' buttons when an opportunity is scrolled. #79

The yellow buttons would need to be lower, as well as the scanning bar.

I end up needing to open the order view (from detail view) fairly often, and I'm currently having to scroll all the way back to the top.

The screen shot is carefully posed so they are half covered. Scrolling any further covers the green buttons entirely. image

I've rolled this back somewhat in 1.31.23, currently on Dev branch. Yellow buttons now don't sit on top, but also don't stay in view when you scroll anymore, which isn't quite where it needs to be. For some reason, rather than just use CSS, the Current programmers used jQuery to manipulate the inline CSS of these elements. I can't understand what benefit this has, but makes it horrible to try to override. In the meantime, double clicking on a function tab (Function, Allocate, Prepate, Book out, Check-in) now scrolls the page to the top, so at least you can get to the top controls easier.
