Existing project references:

ComponentArt :arrow_right: not used in most custom projects :arrow_right: subject of complete removal from base lib
SmartWebEditor (sWcms) :arrow_right: to separate, but keep basic feature-set to keep binary compatible

done - also Mail subsystem and other assembly dependencies dropped except the ZIP lib required as only one remaining
