As a user, I'd like the app to have a nice, easy to use, and clean User interface.

This isn't a duplicate. This is saying that the styling (fonts, colors, layouts etc.) should be consistent throughout the app. Very important issue especially as we each will be working on different parts of the app, we need to make sure that the "look and feel" is the same on every page.

43 simply means that the way to navigate between pages should be easy to find & use.
