color coded goals #47

as a person who likes to keep track of each area that he has set a goal towards, with a clear indication of what goals to work on when, I'd like to color code the different goals to be worked on

We mentioned choosing a color at the time of making a "Goal Topic" so all goals under that topic have that color.
