Finalizing the idea of Flagging user input

There was quit some conversations about flagging , like @ttafet #3 suggested something like the , "Waze model uses data from all travelers... " , and the concern from @ykosbie #3 "What if the store owner doesn't want...." , and what i said also in #3 to flag each contribute with the users name , and the idea from @ykahan also in #3 "to flag them separate for store owners and random contributors" , and the concern of @ykahan in this issue of misspelling .

The idea from @ykahan "to flag them separate for store owners and random contributors" , sounds grate to me , now in #13 and #22 is coverd the new To be added tables and the logic what and how to add them , but the part of adding the flag is not yet covered .

and we can also over time implement what @ykahan said in #13 in the second comment , "Then we can see, over time, which users make good suggestions.... " but i think we should set it to the millstone for now .

So lets brake it up there are quit a few places in our program where things are added to the system which need to be flagged lets see where ,

• Adding a Stall
• Adding a Commodity (Product)
• Adding a Product to a specific stall

As of now we didn't implement the Log-in , we need to first do that we should be able to work on this .
