UI for commodity stalls - including table view #25

Is this necessary. Also if we want it we probs should not have seconds on it. Also, store ID may not be necessary in the user view.

change ui on commodity stall to table view. update the ui

@chefaharon what part of code are you changing the CommodityStallController Details view ?

I am just sitting down now to deal with it. What do you propose. On the notes that i have written down re the code it says that i need to change the sql file on the view details.html from dt to 0 change div to table b and change dxt to table view w i dont understand any of what i wrote yet as i havent yet been over the code. I am starting right now. What do you think the shpiel that i just wrote. Does it make sense.
