Currently the cofix provided hedging program only works with a Huobi API key. Many of us a wary of using Huobi because they are at the whim of the chinese govt (e.g. recent arrest of OKEx exec resulting in no withdrawals). Binance is the most popular crypto exchange and by implementing the ability to hedge via Binance API keys, more users would be able to use the hedging program. Even better if there was an option to hedge using Binance derivatives so that we can hedge with less capital
If this were implemented I would being using it immediately and add much more to the liquidity pool.
