This new way of CAC approach offers greater flexibility to choose a desired clustering that can convey certain information. However, because the approach yields a clustering that is based on various established clustering approaches and a somewhat randomly assigned weight, I think the resulting clustering may have far less interpretability as compared to more traditional clusterings?
