Changes

I have a bunch of stuff to finish by next week so I am just going to merge this, but let me know if there are any issues.
RankCorr is not on pip, and it does not have an easy way to do a local pip install. So we just add the entire package to the repo
Then we make a RankCorrWrapper class so it is easier to import to other files, and use in benchmarking
Update all the notebooks to use the RankCorrWrapper

Testing

Rank benchmarking with RankCorr
ran through all the updated notebooks

This looks like a big effort. Great job on getting it done. Good luck on finals ?? I should be more free to help look at pull requests after memorial day.
