Developer contact info #296

We should add a mailto link to the workflow information view, to allow users to email workflow developers. We can just use the email associated with the developer's CyVerse account (since CyVerse makes this information public).

Decided to just provide an email attribute in plantit.yaml instead of automatically displaying CyVerse email address. This way developers still have a bit of choice in how easily they can be reached. (If the user is determined they can query email info from CyVerse, but otherwise GitHub remains the default contact method.)
