I think the overall structure is built and won't have much changes in the following versions. From now, I'll spend most of the time looking for the biological meanings in the result before actually constructing a scoring scheme, and see if anything interesting exists in the result. Though I know the current strategy is a pretty naive approach, since maybe the regulation of genes is much important than the existence of genes themselves and there isn't a thumb rule to know whether the gene we predicted will function as we think unless an experiment is carried out. Maybe we can base on the findings in the following weeks to see which way we should go.
