1 year ago Resolution was:
- Scan entire drive
- Identified a deactivated user was using ~50 % of total capacity
- Asked supervisor whether it's ok to clear that drive
- It was, so I cleared it
febfiles (runfiles) in the user's directory were copied to the supervisor's desktop - so there's some degree of data retention (although small)
User reported drive is full and that they cannot install anything.
