😂 Looks like the 3.11 fail is probably from a scipy release that came out yesterday:

I see some minor interface change(s), in particular for cg. Will try to put a quick patch together and see if that breaks against the old scipy versions.

Just waiting on 10081 smoke test. Looks like it will finish today so I'll let it run. Otherwise should be good to move forward with release to main and PyPi.
