ASPIRE <--> Relion Interop #309

We should automate a check that Relion can read our output files, and vice versa.

I actually think I might convert this issue to a project...

I would like for all three of us to have a working Relion (local machine, tiger, or caf/decaf) and participate in some interoperability checking. I only used Relion briefly once with their sample data maybe 1-2 years ago. Chris has some more usage, but we should all have a better command of it. It might be good for each of us to pick an area of Relion that relates to ASPIRE components we are familiar with, then cross train each other.

More formally we should define demark points where we expect ASPIRE and Relion to interchange, then build unit tests and gallery examples around those.
