add module file for Maxwell cluster at DESY #100

This is a module file that can be sourced on Maxwell (DESY) to load all required modules.

@belfhi and @TheresaBruemmer is there no fftw module on Maxwell available?

no it's always in LD_LIBRARY_PATH.
