This pull request removes the following unused source code files and their includes:
analytical_solution.hpp
gzib_lib.hpp
string_manipulation.hpp error handling for bad FORTRAN exponent treatment
string_manipulation.hpp
Compile test passed.
It solves issue #5.
The detector_e_field.?pp is not removed because it might be a useful detector in the future again.
