New design of the message box for the ZMQ communication policy.

No more busy waiting on blocking recv of messages. This was solved by conditional variables. #47
Abstraction of functionality into messagebox class (easy to use, reuseable)
Kombination of multikeymap and concurrent queue
Added progress bar for test cases of ZMQ (still testing) #65
Seems to magically solve #50
Signaling outsources #48

Well, CI says no and wants some zeromq lib

Well, Ci has zermomq now, but says no to unit tests ...need to investigate that.

There is no error within the library, but a problem with several test suits which seems to share globals which they should not. I need to have a look into boost.test regarding this behavior.
