Add Protocol Handling #2

Handle the ISAAC Protocol Properly: https://computationalradiationphysics.github.io/isaac/doc/json/index.html

We could connect from the Browser directly or tunnel via the running Jupyter kernel. Both options are interesting for low latency vs. firewalled HPC systems.
