This subsumes PR #113 that I remove now

explain how to install a recent version of ocaml (ocsigen-start does not compile with the default ocaml version of Debian 10)
avoid opam depext ocsigen-start since we use sqlite3 and not postgresql
include lzma in the default instructions because it is necessary for the default compilation option
mention that the user must visit localhost:8080 after running make test.byte
