Won't let me download again after deleting it #6

I deleted the quest app versions and I deleted it because of a bug, (won't let me sign in). I think I fixed it, however now I am not able to get this app again.

Well what's the error when you try to install it?

I try to download it from my pc and it says it worked but doesn't show up on the quest. Then I try to download it on the quest and it says it worked but when I go to unknown sources, it doesn't show up.
