Unify time formats #21

The clock currently displays 12 hour time, while the event data displays ~glorious~ 24 hour time. This just deletes 12 hour formatting so that they're consistent.

Okay, I've had a look. While this does appear to knock off a trailing zero from the clock, it looks like nothing happened to the actual time format of neither the event or the clock. Can you look this over again?

All it took was changing the time format in the tablet settings
