I've brought the model and schema into full alignment with the cache functions. All fetching functions are at least specified; but some are still undefined. This is because it's time for me to get into the hot tub. Someone else could look at the existing cache-monad-using code and take a stab at them.
Everything builds, the functions that aren't undefined seem to work.
