Update for Gitlab 10.2.x #4

Gem swd dependency fixed to version 1.0.1 - newer is not working. Updated patch file for newer version of gitlab source code.

What error(s) were you seeing with the swd gem? I tested the latest GitLab container with only the updated patch and everything worked fine.

Hi, thanks for response. I did test it and now it works (GitLab 10.2.5) - issue was in version swd 1.1.1 fixed by this PR ( https://github.com/nov/SWD/pull/3 ) and released in version 1.1.2 few days ago.
