iPhone issue #33

I have SlickNav implemented in a Wordpress site. It works fine, except on iPhones - only the last menu item with submenu is expandable, all the others menu items above are just highlighted when clicked.

There is iOS issue with fixed position elements, that is causing SlickNav menu not working properly. Removed position fixed from those elements and menu is working...
