Unable to change the Avatar image

Steps to Reproduce

Create an employer profile using Gmail as an SSO login. The Gmail account image will be reflected as an Avatar. Complete profile creation. Edit the profile and try to change the profile image.

Expected Behavior

No response

The image has been updated - although the process did not seem to have a confirmation screen. I couldn't proceed to the next step and in fact opted for skip on the image upload page.

Also, I do not see the Edit Company profile page option.

Was able to repro this issue with a jobseeeker using certain images. It seems like some files fail and others work. Here is the console log for a failed file - a 2MB .png

[Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 413 (Request Entity Too Large) (upload, line 0)
[Error] Error uploading image:
SyntaxError: The string did not match the expected pattern.
