Skill Pill Links Blocked #17

Issue Description

When clicking a skill pill to get context for skill the link won't open. Right clicking and selecting open in new tab. I get the following: {AD25B338-1203-4397-82ED-F224F4D975EE}

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Add Project Experience
  2. Select skills by typing and selecting
  3. Click the skill to open new tab for skill info (nothing will happen)
  4. right click and in the context menu select open in new tab

Expected Behavior

Lightcast description of the skill to open in a separate tab
