Fetch bookmarked status for Cardview (edit DTO)
Set bookmarked status (if approved employer) when clicking bookmark outline icon
Unset bookmark when clicking solid bookmark icon (create API route)

Goals/assumptions:

Bookmark feature only visible to approved employers, so nobody can just change their company to poach bookmarks Bookmarks are shared across the company, visible and editable by any approved employee
